How do the Registration work?

  1. Fill out and send the form below
  2. You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your booking and details.
  3. You will have to pay a 50% deposit of the retreat price before your place is reserved. Receipt of payment will secure your place. You can also pay in full directly for your convenience.
    Payment by Bank Transfer or Paypal (extra 6.5% fees apply) accepted.
    If you have paid the 50% deposit, you will be sent an automatic reminder of the balance due 6 weeks prior to the weekend/holiday.
  4. We will email you all further information on the TRAVEL INFORMATION, the VENUE and WHAT TO BRING with you approximately 6 weeks before the event.

Private Room Request

Private rooms are limited and always subject to availability. Where possible we will confirm the room availability at the time of booking. If confirmation is not possible we will give you the price for twin-share accommodation and put your name on a wait list for a single room to be allocated at a later date. If no private rooms are available we will inform you. If you request a private room, we suggest that you choose the option "Private Room" and we will refund you the extra fees in the case there were none available.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits and Launching Discounts are non-refundable. For cancellations made up to two weeks before departure, 50% of payment (excluding deposit) will be refunded. Thereafter refunds (up to a maximum of 25% of payment and excluding deposit) will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of Wandering Dao. Cancellation of your participation, for whatever reason, must be notified in writing by replying to this email

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your place. The balance payment is due no less than 6 weeks prior to the event. You may also pay in full at the time of booking if you prefer. Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the event must be paid in full.
